Repeat the test on a second computer: If the disk copy fails on a second computer: request replacement product media. If the disk copies correctly on a second computer, it indicates that there is a problem with the CD or DVD drive in the first computer.

Contact hardware support professional to replace or repair that. For client installations from a network or multi-seat standalone deployment Analyze the filename and location indicated in the error message. If this file does not exist in the deployment folder, it indicates that the deployment is corrupt or incomplete.

Delete and re-create the deployment. Be sure to disable virus protection and close all open programs during the deployment creation process. If this file exists in the deployment folder, try to manually copy it to the client workstation.

If there is an error when copying or accessing this file, it indicates that there is a network, server or permissions problem with the deployment folder.

I guess that file "appeared" to AVG as a virus or something even though it isn't as I said, this is a trusted source and it's part of their installation program for my automotive scanner. Yes, you have to untick the option as "Heal or remove the threat detected automatically" in the scanning option of AVG because some of the threats may be false positive. We are glad that you have unticked the option not to remove the threat that is detected and ask your permission to remove the threat.
