The box will fight with brown symbols. To reach the spell hidden inside the magic box, place your pawns on the board so that you trap one or more of the box's tokens between yours. Make sure you do this on a row because it will not work otherwise. The row might be horizontally, vertically or diagonally placed.

Once you trap the box's tokens between yours, they will turn in your color. At the end of the game, you must have more symbols on the board than the box to actually manage to open it.
